Recruitment Consultant in Brain Source

Brain Source International is one of the leading Ukrainian agencies providing Executive Search and Recruitment services to foreign and multinational companies. We are searching for talented people willing to join the team of professionals. Currently we are searching for Recruitment Consultant.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintaining constant communication with the Clients on different aspects of recruitment process;
• Organizing overall recruitment process;
• Conducting candidates searches via Internet, agency database and network of contacts;
• Interviewing candidates, conducting preliminary selection;
• Gathering references from previous employers;
• Preparing candidates CVs for preview by the Clients;
• Organizing interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to/from Clients and candidates;
• Providing advisory/counseling support to the candidates at all stages of the selection process;
• Preparing and negotiating job offers for the candidates;
• Discussing compensation and benefits packages;
• Conducting salary surveys for the Clients upon request;
• Providing constant monitoring of Ukrainian labor market.

Main requirements:

• University Degree;
• at least 1+ years of working experience in recruitment;
• Upper Intermediate level of English and higher;
• good PC skills;
• a mature personality, team player and problem-solver;
• strong communication and negotiation skills;
• ability to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environment;
• result- and client-oriented, able to learn and act quickly.
