This role is key to our organization as it combines recruiting and training employees, as well as assisting the HR Manager with a variety of tasks.
Main duties:
- Search and selection of qualified candidates for various positions in the company.
- Conducting interviews and assessing the skills of potential employees.
- Developing and conducting training programs for new employees.
- Improving the qualifications of existing employees through seminars, trainings and other training events.
- Development of training materials, instructions and methodical manuals.
- Execution of additional orders of the personnel manager aimed at improving the team's work efficiency.
- Collaboration with management to determine training and development needs of personnel.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR or a teaching degree is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- The desire for learning and development, both personal and team.
- Ability to develop and implement training programs.
- Ability to promptly carry out the instructions of the manager.
