Medical center, looking for a talented specialist to join our team for the position of recruitment and training/adoption.

This role is key to our organization as it combines recruiting and training employees, as well as assisting the HR Manager with a variety of tasks.

Main duties:

• Search and selection of qualified candidates for various positions in the company.
• Conducting interviews and assessing the skills of potential employees.
• Developing and conducting training programs for new employees.
• Improving the qualifications of existing employees through seminars, trainings and other training events.
• Development of training materials, instructions and methodical manuals.
• Execution of additional orders of the personnel manager aimed at improving the team's work efficiency.
• Collaboration with management to determine training and development needs of personnel.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR or a teaching degree is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• The desire for learning and development, both personal and team.
• Ability to develop and implement training programs.
• Ability to promptly carry out the instructions of the manager.
• A confident user of Microsoft Office , especially PowerPoint, Canva, etc. We offer:
