What will have to be done?  

  • Find and attract the best talent using job boards, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook) and direct search methods. 
  • Conduct interviews and qualitatively evaluate candidates (hard & soft skills), acting as a filter of our corporate culture. 
  • Organize a seamless onboarding process: from the first day to the end of the trial period. 
  • Support newcomers: hold regular 1-1 meetings, collect feedback and help them integrate into the team. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers at all levels, building partnerships. 

Our ideal candidate  

Hard Skills:

  • Required:
  1. 2 years of experience in recruiting (full cycle). 
  2. Practical skills of working with LinkedIn, job boards and sourcing tools (Boolean search, X-ray). 
  3. Understanding modern personnel evaluation methods. 
  4. English language - at the level of Intermediate (B1) and above. 
  5. Location: Kyiv (willingness to attend office-hybrid format). 
  • Work experience in an IT company will be an advantage. 

Soft Skills: 

  • Communication: You can find a common language both with the developer and with the top manager. 
  • Empathy: You feel a person's mood and sincerely want to help them adapt. 
  • Results oriented: You understand the business needs of the company and work to close vacancies efficiently.
