Main Responsibilities

Recruiting and selection of candidates:

  • Search and attraction of potential candidates using various platforms (online platforms, social networks, job fairs, etc.).
  • Conducting entrance interviews, evaluating the professional qualities and skills of candidates.
  • Constantly updating the database of potential candidates to ensure effective talent pool.
  • Collaboration with department heads to determine the profile and requirements for new positions.
  • Supporting candidates at all stages of the hiring process, including Job preparation and negotiation offer

 

Organization of the competition for scientific and pedagogical workers:

  • Coordination of the tender procedure in accordance with UCU standards
  • Coordination of the work of tender commissions, preparation of the necessary documentation.

Adaptation of new employees:

  • Development and implementation of adaptation programs for rapid integration of new employees into the UCU environment.
  • Organization of orientation sessions and support of employees during the first months of work.
  • Conduct assessment of the effectiveness of the adaptation period to ensure maximum support.

Analytics and reporting:

  • Formation of reports on the effectiveness of recruiting and adaptation processes.

Participation in strategic HR processes:

  • Involvement in important initiatives in the field of personnel management aimed at the development of UCU as an attractive working environment.

Key requirements for the candidate:

  • Experience as a recruiter from 2 years
  • Deep understanding of modern approaches to recruiting and adaptation.
  • High level of communication skills, ability to empathize and work in team.
  • Ability to effectively plan work, set priorities and follow throughmeet the established deadlines.
  • Share the mission and values ​​of UCU.

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience in the field of education.
  • Proficiency in English at the level B2.
