It is important for us: Similar work experience in a managerial position of 2 years or more will be an advantage; Mandatory experience of managing a team from 3 employees; Experience of organization and participation in the implementation of various projects and programs for personnel management; Successful experience of closing vacancies at various levels; Mastery of search and recruitment methods; High computer literacy, excellent command of office programs; Focus on results, flexibility, the ability to work and learn. Your future priority tasks: Organization and control of the work of the recruiting department (up to 4 people); Ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment of personnel; Development and implementation of activities aimed at improving and optimizing business processes of the function of personnel selection and adaptation; Formation of personnel reserve; Reporting on the recruitment process; Increasing the efficiency of the department, automating processes; Identifying the reasons for staff turnover and generating ideas for reducing turnover; Controlling the vacation schedule and entering information on vacations; Carrying out the adaptation of new employees; Forming the department budget; Forming the employer brand.
