Job description

The transport company needs:

Recruitment manager

Functional responsibilities:

• Searching for personnel, conducting interviews
• Management of personnel documentation: hiring, dismissal, vacations, issuing orders for business trips, keeping timesheets, personal employee cards, filling out work books, maintaining other personnel documentation
• Familiarizing the drivers to sign orders and instructions
• Monitoring the terms of drivers' medical certificates, chip cards, medical insurance

• Maintenance of safety logs

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of the current labor legislation of Ukraine, personnel documentation;
2. A confident user Microsoft Office.
3. Responsibility, attentiveness;
4. Experience of working as a personnel officer.

The office is located: in Malia Kohnivka, route #13. 

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00, lunch 12:00-13:00.
