Place of work: Kyiv near Demiivska, 5-7 minutes on foot

Responsibilities:

• Search, recruitment.
• Desired experience in the personnel department (vacation, admission, dismissal...)
• MS Office, Excel; knowledge of KZpP;
• Conducting interviews: ability to conduct effective interviews with candidates
• Ability to assess candidates, their skills and potential;
• Communication and ability to build positive relationships with candidates;
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.

Requirements:

• Organizational skills and ability to work with information;
• Desire to develop in the field of recruitment;
• Openness to communication and interaction with people;
• Ability to work in dynamic environment and maintain positive vibrations in the team.

Conditions:

• Work in the office from 09.00 - 18.00, Mon-Fri style="font-weight: 700">office only.
