A large wholesale and retail company selling children's goods invites a recruiting manager to join its team

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

• Experience in recruiting from 2 years (experience in retail will be an advantage).
• Ability to work effectively with various sources searching for candidates (job sites, social networks, recommendations).
• Interviewing skills.
• Understanding adaptation and training processes personnel.
• Communication, organization and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
• Readiness for dynamic work and the desire to develop in the field of HR.

• Talent search: active recruitment of candidates for line and top positions.
• Working with cold candidates: attracting and forming a pool of potential employees.
• Conducting interviews: evaluation competencies, skills and potential of candidates.
• Onboarding: organization of the process of adaptation of new employees so that they feel part of the team from the first days.
