We are looking for a communicative and organized person who will help coordinate the candidate selection process. The role will suit both candidates without experience who want to develop in HR, and those with experience who are looking for part-time employment.
Main tasks:
• processing candidates' resumes
• coordinating interview times and organizing meetings
• communicating with candidates about the details of the process
• providing candidates with feedback communication
• managing the candidate database
We are looking for someone who:
• feels comfortable in communicating with people
• attention to details and organized
• responsible for agreements
• has basic skills in working with tables or databases
