The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. ResponsibilitiesSourcing and screening candidates across different platforms and job boards.Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidate suitability.Performing assigned tasks from the HR Manager promptly and efficiently.Managing the full recruitment cycle, including headhunting, screening, and onboarding processes.Handling onboarding and offboarding tasks for new and departing employees.Emailing and communicating with candidates at every step of the recruitment process.Maintaining accurate records and updates in recruitment tools.Ensuring all processes are followed and completed with attention to detail.QualificationsFluent English skills (written and spoken).Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and other recruitment activities.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes.Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and priorities.Experience using tools like Zoom, Loom, Slack, and Asana.
