Recruiter in Speed and Function

We are seeking a Recruiter with 3+ years of commercial experience. This role is dedicated to making the employee experience at Speed & Function better.Why Join Us? We are a Deliberately Developmental Organization. The clients are a mix of SME and enterprise, from startups to mature businesses to agencies (some being world-famous), who are in charge of building custom software applications, apps and large websites.What you will do:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the role;Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates;Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience;Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers;Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates;Manage the candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process;Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruiting resources to build a pipeline of potential candidates;Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies;Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires as needed.Key Requirements:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the outstaff companies;Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions;Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools;Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;English Upper-Intermediate or higher.Location and Team CollaborationThis is a full-time remote position, including hourly payment. You can work from your preferred location with occasional on-site collaboration at various offices, including Budva, Philadelphia, etc. Working hours are flexible but should overlap with our core locations in ET, CET, EET time zones.About the companySpeed & Function excels in software development that transcends typical outsourcing.
