What skills should you have :

• command of the English language at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate, excellent pronunciation;
• ability to communicate effectively to resolve controversial issues (ability to build communication in a way that is aimed at achieving employees of the tasks set by you);
• stability in solving non-standard, complex tasks and a high level of responsibility.

Tasks that await after training:

• search for candidates for cooperation with the company;
• handle phone calls (incoming/outgoing) and e-mails (in English);
• provide consultations with further drawing up the contract and its support;
• negotiate with potential candidates, determine their needs and build long-term relationships
• communication with new and existing employees (incoming\outgoing calls).
