Recruiter with Romanian/Hungarian language skills in Atlas Recruiting

Today, our client, a company in the field of international logistics, needs to strengthen the team with a recruiter with knowledge of the Romanian language.

Our expectations from candidate:

• Fluent command of the Romanian language;
• Experience in the field of communication with clients from 1 year;
• Knowledge of English or Hungarian languages ​​at level B2 and above will be a plus;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability make decisions and take responsibility;
• Multitasking, prioritization and time management;
• Desire to work and develop in the field of recruiting.

About the role:

• Search and selection of personnel;
• Conduct initial interview;
• Checking all necessary documents for work;
• Accompanying and supporting hired candidates during their adaptation and further cooperation with the company;
• Maintaining the database and formation of personnel reserve.
