Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for driver positions.
• Handling paperwork: collecting and verifying documents for compliance.
• Conducting interviews and explaining industry regulations.
• Keeping the CRM system updated.
• Addressing complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
• Managing emails and ensuring prompt issue resolution.

Requirements:

• English level B2+.
• Strong negotiation and result-driven mindset.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Customer support experience is a plus.
