What you will do:
< li>Search and engagement of traffic arbitration specialists: from juniors to experts.- Creating attractive job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
- Conducting initial interviews, evaluation skills of candidates and preparation of analytical reports for the manager.
- Using creative approaches to finding candidates in social networks, professional forums and chats.
- Working with the database, maintaining contact with potential candidates .
- Participation in team building and building a positive HR brand of the company.
What we are we offer:
- Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (not remote).
- Training: introduction to the field of traffic arbitration, regular workshops and support from experienced colleagues.

- You are active, communicative and not afraid of challenges .

- Ukrainian language at a high level, English will be an advantage.
