Recruiter (traffic arbitration) in FOP Bardina O.O.

We are looking for a proactive recruiter, ready to work in the dynamic world of digital marketing. If you like to find talent, understand the specifics of traffic arbitrage or want to learn this direction - we will be happy to welcome you to the team!

What you will do:

< li>Search and engagement of traffic arbitration specialists: from juniors to experts.
• Creating attractive job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
• Conducting initial interviews, evaluation skills of candidates and preparation of analytical reports for the manager.
• Using creative approaches to finding candidates in social networks, professional forums and chats.
• Working with the database, maintaining contact with potential candidates .
• Participation in team building and building a positive HR brand of the company.

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (not remote).

About you:

• You are active, communicative and not afraid of challenges .
• Interested in the field of recruiting.
• Able to find an approach to people, listen and ask the right questions.
• Preferably — knowledge of the specifics of traffic arbitration (or willingness learn).
• You know how to work with databases and social networks to search for candidates.
• Ukrainian language at a high level, English will be an advantage.
