Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist in Grade Education Centre

Grade Education Centre is the largest center for international English language exams in Ukraine. We teach English, test the language level and train teachers. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of responsibility and knows how to find real talents. 

What is the job?

• Preparation and publication of vacancies on various platforms

• Search, assessment and selection of candidates for various company vacancies

• Primary communication with candidates organization of interviews

• Communication with candidates and managers of test tasks

• Cooperation with heads of various departments

• Organization of the process of adaptation of new employees

• Effective candidate onboarding and offboarding 

• Labor market monitoring and implementation of effective strategies for attracting specialists

What kind of person are we looking for?

• With 2 years of recruiting experience

• Competent Ukrainian language, and knowledge of English at level B1 and above

• Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes, organized

• With a systematic approach to work and attention to detail

• With developed communication skills and the ability to work in a team

• Able to make independent decisions and manage processes
