We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position Recruiter\Talent Acquisition manager

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have experience in recruitment of 1 year (experience in the field of marketing and advertising will be a plus, but not necessary); /li>
• You know and use various methods and sources of personnel;
• You know how to build relationships with hiring managers and long-term relationships with potential candidates;
• You have direct search experience in a highly competitive niche;
• You are an independent and proactive person who works for results and gets a kick out of finding talent;
• You have competent Ukrainian language (written and spoken);
• You are sincerely interested in the field of advertising.

Daily tasks will include:

• Search and selection of personnel for open holding positions, focus on digital and creative positions (90%);
• Executive search and headhunting of personnel, working with various sources to contact and find relevant candidates;
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
• Formation of the candidate database, reporting on work performed;
• Labor market monitoring and analysis;
• Organization of exit of new employees;
• Maintaining a high level of the company's employer brand;
• Participation in other HR department projects;
