• experience in recruiting from the 1st year;
• successful experience of closing linear vacancies (mass recruitment);< /li>
• experience working with various search and selection tools;

Your duties:

• search and select line personnel (mass selection, partially administrative positions);
• organize all stages of selection and interviews with candidates (telephone and personal interviews);
• organize candidates' departure for work;
• monitor the process of adaptation of new employees;

• visit facilities (restaurants and hotels) if necessary;
• report on work results;
• monitor the labor market;
• to conduct exit interviews;
• in the future, to take part in interesting HR projects.
