Requirements:

• The job is remote, but we are looking for a candidate who is territorially located in Lviv
• Experience as a recruiter: from 6 months;
• Experience as a sales manager: from 6 months;
• Ability to work with vacancies of various directions (for unskilled workers and for specialists);
• Ability to work with cold and warm feedback base;
• Flexibility in decision-making;
• Free ownership of the entire package of office programs. Experience in various CRM systems is a plus;
• High self-organization and self-motivation;
• Experience in recruiting in the EU and communication with candidates from different regions of the world is desirable.
• Desirable knowledge of the English language from B2, knowledge of additional languages ​​besides English will be a plus

Working conditions:

• Full employment ( 9.00-18.00), remote work;
• % of sales and employment (Minimum from UAH 15,000. After adaptation and passing the trial period - from 30+ thousand UAH);
• Working with warm leads;
• Assisting candidates and helping with the processing of documents (Visas/permanent residence permits);
• Working in CRM and maintaining a database candidates;
• Working with candidates from Central Asia and Third World countries;
• Availability computer/laptop.
