About the role
We are a small IT recruitment agency working with clients from EU and US.
We are looking for a Recruiting / Outreach Assistant to help with candidate sourcing and communication.
This is an executive role, not a recruiter or HR position.

What exactly will you do (full front of work)
Work is performed strictly according to instructions and templates.
Search for candidates (sourcing)
• Search for candidates on LinkedIn
• Forming lists of candidates according to clear criteria (role, stack, geo)
• Adding profiles in Google Sheets
• Profiles are counted only after approval
KPI:
~400 approved profiles of which:

First messages (outreach)
• Sending the first messages when ready templates
• No improvisation and rewriting of texts
• Fixation of answers and statuses

Vacancy presentation and company
• Submitting the role and company description as instructed
• Working only with those candidates who have shown interest

Written screening questions
Sending a fixed list of questions
Collection of written answers

Transferring the candidate to the recruiter
The candidate is transferred to the recruiter only if he:
• answered the first message
• got acquainted with the vacancy and the company
• answered the question in writing
The recruiter then conducts calls, negotiations and communication with the client.

Requirements

Availability of LinkedIn and knowledge of sourcing
• Understanding of Boolean and X-Ray search

Payment and KPI
Basic payment:
$250 / month
Load and payment scaling:
• 1 vacancy ? 400 verified profiles
• 2 vacancies? 800 approved profiles > higher pay (proportionately)
Bonus:
• In case of successful hiring of a candidate you worked with
Bonus #1 - for successful hiring (main)
$100-200 for each hire if:
• the candidate was found by an assistant
• the assistant guided him through the entire funnel (outreach > Q&A)
the candidate is employed
This is a one-time bonus, paid after the candidate starts.

Bonus #2 - for quality
If in a month:
?80% of candidates given to recruiter:
- confirmed interest
- met the must-have requirements
- have been approved by the recruiter without re-screening
+ $100 quality bonus

Work format
• Fully remote
• Asynchronous format
• Expected response time on business days is 1-2 hours
• There will be from 1 to 4 vacancies per month.
KPI: total for all vacancies — ~400 approved and processed candidates per month.
KPI is considered fulfilled if approved candidates:
– were contacted by an assistant
- received information about the vacancy and the company
– their answers and statuses are recorded in the table
- relevant candidates forwarded to the recruiter for further work
