Forbes Ukraine is a multimedia platform consisting of a printed magazine, website, events, YouTube channel and social networks.

Purpose of the position:

Providing the company with highly qualified professionals who share the values ​​of Forbes and are able to create innovative content and develop the Forbes brand in the media market.< /span>

Key tasks and functionality:

Development and implementation of a recruitment strategy: Use of the most effective recruiting channels for various vacancies, active use of social networks, specialized platforms, own databases, implementation of referral programs and work with networking and recommendations.

Management of the full recruiting cycle: From creating an attractive job description, conducting and organizing interviews and making the final decision on hiring and onboarding.

Cooperation with department heads: Understanding the specific needs of each division in order to find suitable candidates. Help in creating job profiles, job descriptions, conducting interviews, selecting assessment tools and creating a job offer.

< span style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Organization and conducting of interviews: Conducting initial interviews, assessing candidates' professional and personal qualities, as well as their motivation.

Analysis and improvement of recruiting processes: if necessary, the introduction of new tools for recruitment, optimization of existing processes to increase efficiency and speed. Work with the HRM system - recruiting.

Employer Brand work: Updating the career page on the website. Interaction with the marketing department and the art department on the development and implementation of advertising texts and visuals, addtools for promoting the employer brand. 

Work with personnel reserve:Formation of the internal and external personnel reserve. Continuous and systematic monitoring of the labor market, expansion of the range of potential Forbes candidates.  Including the introduction of a systematic approach to internships and attracting young talents and their professional development in the company. 

Reporting and analytics: Regular monitoring of recruiting activity, in particular by key indicators. 

Requirements for competencies, experience, knowledge and skills:< /p>

  • Work experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, 

    • Experience in managing the full cycle of recruiting: from creating vacancies to onboarding new employees.

    • Experience in the selection of specialists of various levels is desirable

  • Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of the labor market (media and digital preferred, but not required)

    • Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools (ATS systems, social networks, professional platforms).

    • Knowledge of employer brand principles and methods of its formation.

    • Understanding the basics of labor law and employment norms.

  • Skills:

    • Communication skills: ability to effectively negotiate with candidates and managers, provide feedback.

    • Analytical skills: the ability to analyze the effectiveness of recruiting campaigns and make appropriate changes.

    • Organizational skills: the ability to manage several processes simultaneously, meet deadlines and ensure the productivity of the recruitment process.

    • Creative thinking: ability to generate new ideas to attract candidates, use innovative approaches in talent search.

    • Technical Skills: ability to work with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, DOU, etc.).

  • Competencies:

    • Empathy: the ability to understand the motivation and needs of candidates.

    • Result Orientation: desire to achieve high performance in one's work.

    • Flexibility: the ability to quickly adapt to changes in market conditions or in the company's strategy.

    • Proactivity: initiative in finding new approaches and solutions to improve recruiting processes.
