"Deloitte" is looking for a recruiter who will work as part of the Talent team.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring the full cycle of recruitment of personnel of various levels;< /li>
• conducting interviews using various methods;
• maintaining a database of candidates for the formation of a personnel reserve;
• building effective communication with hiring managers;
• participation in employer branding activities;
• participation in the process of adaptation of new employees;
• conducting analytics regarding the recruitment process;
• participation in other talent team projects.< /li>

Requirements:

• 2 years of recruitment experience;
• possession of various types interview;
• knowledge of various channels and methods of searching for candidates;
• skills in building professional relationships;
• level of English language proficiency from intermediate to higher;
• li>knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) at the level of an experienced user;
• skills in working with ATS systems will be an advantage.
