Main tasks:

< li> The full cycle of recruiting from communication with the hiring manager to the offer to the candidate
• Development and implementation of a strategy for finding candidates for various positions (from specialists to top management)
• Conducting interviews and assessment of potential candidates
• Coordination of interaction with candidates and company departments
• Support and improvement of the recruiting and candidate selection system
• CRM management, daily reports and speeches at daily meetings < /li>

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in recruiting or completed specialized courses
• High level of communication skills < /li>
• The ability to work under stress and the ability to make decisions in limited time
• Experience in searching for candidates for top positions will be a big plus
