Requirements for the candidate:

• Communicative and creative, competent oral and written language.
• Experience of conducting interview.
• Self-organization and the ability to work with a large amount of information.
• Initiative and creativity in non-standard tasks, the ability to clearly express opinions and decisions.
• Owning modern recruitment methods and personnel evaluation.

Functional duties:

• Searching, selecting and hiring candidates for vacancies of various levels and areas .
• Conducting interviews, analyzing resumes and evaluating potential candidates.
• Negotiations with candidates and their further support at the admission stage for work.
• Cooperation with the management and other departments of the company to determine personnel needs.
• Formation of internal reporting (HRM Hurma, Google Drive).
• Formation of personnel candidate affairs.
• Study of the candidate market in priority directions in Ukraine.
