Position Profile: LOVEKAVA Cafes 1. General information

• Position : Cafing Recruiter

• Head : Cavalry Manager. Search, selection and hiring of quality barists and managers that correspond to the philosophy of LOVEKAVA

2. Basic responsibilities

• vacancies on sites, social networks, offline channels

• Active search for candidates . Networking

• interviews , assessment of the skills and cultural compliance of candidates

• organization of test changes for the barists

• Labor Market Analytics , Proposals for Improving Recruitment Processes

• Reporting hiring

• Payment : a fixed rate or bid + bonus for successfully hired workers who have passed the probationary term

4. Requirements for the candidate
