Your functions in this position:

• Create and run job advertisements on various job resources for finding personnel;
• Search and recruit personnel for various positions;
• Conduct initial selection of candidates based on resumes;
• Conduct interviews with relevant candidates;
• Communicate with job vacancies;
• Accompany candidates until the moment of employment;
• Ensure the implementation of the closed vacancies plan;
• Keep reporting on your work.
