- Full recruitment cycle or individual stages:
- vacancy analysis
- sourcing of candidates (job sites, LinkedIn, database, other channels)
- initial interviews
- accompanying candidates to the offer
- Communication with the project manager / client
- Providing feedback to candidates
Our expectations:
- Experience as a recruiter from 1 year
- Understanding the full recruitment cycle
- Ability to organize your time independently
- Competent oral and written communication
- Orientation on the result, not "process for the sake of the process"
- Experience in agency recruiting - will be a plus
