Thank you for interest in our position. We are looking for a Logistics Recruiter (Hiring Truck drivers and owners) to join our team in Ukraine. 

Skills:

  1. 1+ years of proven experience as a logistic recruiter/HR
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Skills in conducting interviews and candidate assessments;
  4. Self-organization and result orientation.
  5. English level — Intermediate or higher.

We offer:

  4. Schedule: Monday— Friday: 15:00 — 23:00.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential leads daily through phone calls to build connections and assess interest.
  2. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential.
  3. Collect and analyze information to accurately pre-screen drivers and guide them through the job application process.
  4. Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and requirements.
  5. Provide potential candidates with detailed information about company facilities, operations, benefits, compensation, and specialty or dedicated opportunities.
  6. Cooperate with SMM specialist about recruitments, materials, and information for social media to generate hot leads.
  7. Communicate with potential candidates via emails and text messages to maintain engagement and move them through the recruitment process.
