If you love working with people, have an intuition that allows you to find talent even in a crowd, and know how to create a comfortable hiring process, we we want to see you in our team!

What you will do:

• Look for and attract talented candidates through various channels (social networks, job platforms, etc.).
• Conduct interviews, assess the skills and professional experience of candidates.
• Coordinate the hiring process and maintain communication with candidates.
• Participate in the development search and recruitment strategies.
• Work in a team of like-minded people who will support and help implement the boldest ideas.

We expect from you:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year (it will be a plus, but not necessary - we are ready to train).
• Knowledge of modern methods of searching for candidates .
• Communication, attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions.
• Desire to develop in the HR field.
