Remote recruiter (Ukraine and Moldova)

An international recruiting company with experience in European markets is looking for a remote recruiter to attract candidates from Ukraine and Moldova to work in Poland and Germany. If you have experience in the field of recruitment or want to develop in this direction, we invite you to join our team!

Your duties:

• Search and selection of candidates for work abroad (Poland, Germany)
• Conducting telephone and online interviews
• Maintaining a database of candidates and maintaining contact with them during the employment process

< strong>Requirements:

• Experience in the field of recruiting will be an advantage, but not mandatory
• Sufficient communication skills
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages, knowledge of English or Polish will be an additional plus
