Recruiter remotely in Sales & Management

In a fast-growing modern Sales & Management company with more than seven years of experience years, engaged in building business management systems and building sales departments, a permanent employee is needed for the position of recruiter.

Your tasks:

• Make an application for selection with a client of our company (owners, CEO, heads of departments);
• Create job profile and assessment methods;
• Create a phone interview and interview script;
• Write and post a job;
• Resume screening;
• Conduct an interview in video format. Evaluate the candidate, understand his productivity and suitability for the vacancy. Sell the candidate the vacancy;
• Present the candidate to the customer, write a recommendation, highlighting his "weight" for the position, organize the final interview.

Our expectations from the future colleague:

• Knows and uses the application, job profile, knows various methods of evaluating candidates;
•  Has experience in recruiting from 1 year and in the selection of sales managers from 1 year;
• Ready to work according to clear rules and clear regulations;
• Ready to undergo a short training before starting work and work for results!
•  Experience of working with the CRM system will be a big plus.

For you:

• Salary from 10,000 to 19,500 UAH + bonuses for closed vacancies = from 30,000 UAH
• Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
•  Paid vacation 14 days per year, after 6 months of service.
