Job: Recruiter (Remote)

Baz Auto Movers Inc is a trucking company located in Roselle specializing in Flatbed, Conestoga and Stepdeck moving throughout the US. Due to active growth, we are looking for a remote recruiter to join our team.

Job format:

 Fully remote

 Full or part-time (negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Search and recruit CDL Class A drivers

• Publication of vacancies on job platforms and social networks

• Conducting initial telephone interviews

• Checking documents (CDL, MVR, experience)

• Supporting the candidate until the moment of hiring

• Maintaining the database candidates

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting (preferably in the trucking industry)

• Understanding the CDL driver hiring process

• Fluent English (spoken)

• Excellent communication skills

• Orientation towards result
