Tasks:

• Search , attracting and selecting qualified candidates for vacancies in the company
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Maintaining and developing the database of potential employees
• Interaction with other company departments to determine staffing needs

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position from 1 year
• Confident mastery of candidate search methods and tools
• High level of communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the labor market and trends in the field recruiting
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Remote work with a working schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Sat/Sun - weekends)
