We are looking for a recruiter in our team. We work REMOTELY.

Main duties:

• Receiving applications from clients, developing and posting vacancies on specialized platforms and social networks.
• Search, selection and attraction of candidates.
• Organization and conduct of interviews, testing.
• Interaction with clients to ensure effective recruitment process, including the organization and support of the interview.
• Conducting recruiting analytics and developing strategies to attract candidates.
• Creation of reports based on activity results.
• Participation in job fairs and professional associations, etc.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (psychology, marketing, management or related fields).
• Work experience in recruiting or HR from 1 year.
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and tools.
• Work experience with social networks and professional platforms (eg Linkedin).
• Ability to work in a team and independently, excellent communication skills, existing communication experience in a client network will be an advantage.
