Now we are looking for a specialist with recruitment experience in our team personnel.

Work experience for this position in American logistics is not critical, but will be a big plus! We expect that the candidate for this position:

• Has experience in the position of Recruiter and knows how to find anyone and any where are the vacancies needed!
• Works well and easily with large amounts of information
• Has developed communication skills
• Location - Kyiv, ready to work from the office full-time< /li>
• Speaks English (spoken and written level)
• Has experience in personnel administration

Currently required:

• Closing vacancies of different levels taking into account deadlines
• Variety of candidate search methods (Working with job sites, social networks and specialized forums for searching for candidates, as well as other methods, including offline, which lead to a good result in closing vacancies )
• Non-standard approach to solving tasks, creativity
• Development and support of corporate culture
• Onboarding and staff motivation
• Implementation of HR processes in accordance with the company's business strategy
• In the future, the development and selection of employee development programs
