Hello! We are the Charitable Foundation "Klub Dobrodiyiv", an all-Ukrainian charitable organization that has been helping Ukrainian children and teenagers since 2016. During our work, we:

  • realized more than 150 life-changing projects that gave children new opportunities;
  • united more than 1000 responsible adults into a community of support;
  • raised more than 200 million hryvnias, which turned into tangible changes for teenagers - those who will soon shape the future of Ukraine;
  • supported more than 300,000 children and teenagers from all over the country during a full-scale war;
  • and opened Place of Strength - a transformative space for supporting and developing teenagers! More than 30,000 visitors have visited the Place of Strength since its opening.

Now we are in a period of scaling and major organizational transformation. We are calling for additional forces in the team who will support our plans, share the ambitions and values ​​of supporting teenagers! 
Among other roles, we are looking for a talented person for the role Recruiter/s!

TASKS TOICON interviews and the formation of offers.

  • Involvement in HR processes: onboarding and outsourcing of employees, assistance in the adaptation of new team members
  • Working with the HRM system (PeopleForce): maintaining and updating data, setting up processes, optimizing work with personnel information.
  • Participation in the development of corporate culture and support of team spirit: organization of birthdays and anniversaries, participation in the preparation of internal activities and small initiatives.
  • Training and conducting analytics on recruiting and personnel.
  • Supporting recruiting and HR processes in the fund's project initiatives, helping teams to find and attract temporary resources.
  • For this you need to have/be able to:

    • 2+ years of full-cycle experience recruiting;
    • experience working with HRM systems; 
    • skill work not only with vacancies, but also with challenges hiring (specific / highly specialized vacancies, personnel crisis, focus on value and security components;
    • the ability to effectively organize your work, work with several jobs in parallel and keep the focus on the result;
    • not be afraid to take a leadership role in processes and initiate changes;


    • flexibly interact with teams and support HR processes stages: recruiting, onboarding, outboarding and corporate culture.
