We help the population in all government-controlled territories: evacuate and resettle, repair shelters and centers for IDPs, document crimes, implement educational programs, transfer charitable assistance, we carry out monitoring visits, advocate for changes, provide legal and psychological consultations. Mobile psychosocial support teams and safe spaces for women and girls operate in different regions of the country.

We are looking for a recruiter:

• < p>city of Kyiv, offline;

• trips in Ukraine;

• reward is discussed during interviews.

Responsibilities:

• ensure the full cycle of recruitment from communication with the hiring-manager before the offer;

• creation of job descriptions and placement on portals;

• processing resumes, proactive candidate search;

• organizing and conducting interviews, providing recommendations to hiring managers;

• subtframe and update of data in the internal CRM system;

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">organization and support of onboarding;

• participation in HR projects of the fund.

We expect:

• experience in the field from 1 year;

• experience with various sources of candidates;

• fluency in Ukrainian, English Intermediate+;

• ability to use tables (Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.);

• proactivity, the ability to act independently and interact in a team;

• experience using crm systems.
