We are looking for a Talent Manager who will be a key driver in building a team of engineers, researchers, managers and developers - people who create critical miltech solutions for the front.

You will be responsible for building a systematic, predictable and rapid process of attracting the best specialists on the market.

You will ensure a steady flow of talent to all critical teams - R&D, development, engineering, project management - and directly influence the pace of development of technologies that save lives and strengthen the country's defense capabilities.

The work involves deep interaction with technical managers, engineers, heads of departments and top management.

You will become the one who connects people and the mission, who builds processes that allow the company to scale quickly without losing quality and selection standards.

Mission:to strengthen a strong, cohesive and highly qualified team capable of implementing the country's most ambitious miltech projects — and thereby make a direct contribution to Ukraine's technological advantage and security.

Your main tasks:

You will be responsible for the full, strategic cycle of attracting specialists:

    Full-Cycle R&D Recruiting: cycle — from in-depth communication with technical specialists of the company,regarding R&D needs to the formation and successful offer of the candidate.
  • Strategic Search: Development and implementation of an effective strategy for the search of unique technical and management specialists (from engineers to top management).
  • Expert Evaluation: Conducting interviews and comprehensive evaluation of candidates who can strengthen our innovative potential.
  • Organization of the Process: Coordination of interaction between candidates and relevant departments of the company, ensuring flawless Candidate Experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintaining an up-to-date database in CRM, conducting necessary reporting and actively participating in strategic meetings.

We are looking for a specialist who is ready to work in a dynamic, high-tech environment:

  • Experience: 1 year of successful experience in recruiting (IT/Tech direction will be an advantage).
  • Communication and Influence: High level of communication skills, ability to build trust and persuasive presentationto the company.
  • Resistance to stress and Determination: Ability to work under limited deadlines, make quick and considered decisions.
  • Great Advantage: Experience in finding candidates for R&D direction or for technical/engineering positions.
