What should you do:
1. Management of full cycle of hiring:
-interaction with hiring managers in the company
-Creating a job description
-Placeing vacancies of the company in channels to search candidates
-implementation of active search candidates <
-review and reference to the comparisons. them to the offer
- CV introduction and candidate information to the resume database
- Analysis of the labor market in the direction of need (ZP, vacancies, number of candidates)
2.Onboarding of employees - median and closing of the probationary period. (I teach)
4. Work on improving the processes of hiring
