Our courses help specialists to improve their skills and be aware of the latest practices in dentistry. Our mission is to contribute to the development of medicine through high-quality education.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a recruiter who will engage in attracting experts (lecturers) to cooperate with Denterum.

Our lecturers are experienced dentists and dental technicians. There are dozens of areas in dentistry: prosthetics, surgery, orthodontics, hygiene, etc. Each topic requires a separate course and a separate lecturer.

Our goal is to find and engage as many strong experts as possible. For example, in Ukraine we already cooperate with more than 200 lecturers, in Poland - with 30+ so far. The market potential is very large, and so are the opportunities for your development.

This is where we need you.

What is the essence of the role?

You will be recruiting lecturers — presenting them with the idea of ​​cooperation with us as an educational platform and course organizer.

It is important: we do not "sell" a product to the lecturer in the classical sense. On the contrary, we pay him a fee, we undertake the organization and collection of the audience. Only consent to cooperation is required from the lecturer. The result of the work is a signed cooperation agreement.

What the work process looks like:

• We provide a list of potential experts

• You find contacts through social networks, email or phone

• You contact and offer to discuss cooperation

• You agree on a phone or Zoom call (there are ready scenarios)

• Have a conversation and agree on cooperation

At every stage we teach, give instructions and support at the start.

If you are not from medicine

Experience in dentistry or medicine is not mandatory. We have a clear adaptation program for people without a medical background.

Work format:

• Remote

• Full or part-time employment

What is important to us:

• Fluency in Polish (oral and written)

• Experience in recruiting and/or sales

• Independence and responsibility

We will teach you everything else.
