Recruiter, personnel specialist, HR manager, HRD in Ukr-Trans-Express

Company "Ukr-Trans-Express" is a Ukrainian company whose profile is international transportation and logistics. Due to expansion, we are looking for a recruitment manager. Duties:

• Selection of personnel, initial interviews, training, adaptation and motivation of employees in the sales and management department
• Planning and training of new employees, control of the training process of personnel during the internship period
• Development of a system of key KPIs, according to which the quality of learning the material will be monitored
• Control of the quality of the work of employees (correct scripts, work out errors with employees)
• Control of the display of data about your work in the company's CRM system
• Constant communication with employees to create a trusting atmosphere and prevent possible difficulties in team.

Requirements:

• High communication skills and leadership qualities;
< li>2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge and skills in sales, negotiations, management and HR;
• Analytical skills;
• Independence and discipline;
• Readiness to help, inspire, share experience and charge people;
• Self-confidence, assertiveness, resilience and faith in one's own strength;
• Readiness to accept feedback and quickly put it to work;
• Great desire to help new and existing employees in their work.
