Basic requirements: Work experience no less than 1 year in a similar position; High communication and interviewing skills; Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools; Successful experience in closing vacancies; Ability to work in a multitasking and results-oriented mode. Tasks: search, selection of candidates for vacancies in various divisions of the company; Conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their compliance with job requirements; Maintaining a database of potential candidates and maintaining its relevance.
