Recruiter, personnel inspector in Top4 / Usatyuk N.R., FOP

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Recruiter (Personnel Inspector) to strengthen our recruiting and HR team. If you know how to find the best specialists, ready to work in a dynamic environment, we are waiting for you!

Responsibilities:

• Active search and recruitment through various sources: career sites, social networks, recommendations.
• Conducting interviews (telephone, online and face-to-face) to assess the professional and personal qualities of candidates.
• Maintaining the database employee data and candidates, ensuring its relevance.
• Control of the adaptation of new employees, support during the trial period.
• Preparation of reports on the implementation of plans for personnel selection and personnel documentation

• Minimum 1-2 months of work experience in recruiting or personnel management (candidates with strong analytical or communication skills without experience).
• PC skills at the level of a confident user (Word, Excel, personnel accounting programs).
• High level of communication skills, the ability to negotiate and work with people of different levels.
• Organization and planning skills, ability to work in multitasking conditions.

Working conditions:

• Graphic hours: full time, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. From Monday to Friday, weekends are Saturday and Sunday.
• Salary: [21,000-28,000] fixed rate 21,000 + bonuses based on work results.
