Your role:

• Select talented people for the company's office areas, including C-Level vacancies
• Maintain an effective process of recruiting - from the application to the departure of a new colleague
• Use all possible search channels - classic, creative, and sometimes even those that no one has yet guessed about
• Conduct interviews, assess professional skills and cultural fit
• Maintain a candidate database and form high-quality HR analytics
• Be an ambassador of the UPG employer brand, because the first impression about the company is often created by yourself you

What will help you to be successful:

• Experience in recruiting from 2 years (ideally, if part of it is in a recruiting agency)
• Understanding how the market works and how to find the "same" specialist
• Excellent communication skills: you can listen, feel and convince
• Ability to manage one's own emotions and maintain balance under any circumstances
• Willingness to act quickly, creatively and effectively
