Recruiter (non-tech) Hello! infocus is a Ukrainian group of companies that operates in 17 markets in Europe and Asia. We develop products for daily support and optimization of business resources in the areas of customer service, IT, marketing and HR development. Now our HR & Trainers department is looking for communication and recruitment gurus to close vacancies in the company's back office departments (marketing, products, financial, legal, communications, etc.). With us, you will be able to improve your recruiting skills by closing positions with completely different specifics and from different countries (we have successful experience in searching for colleagues in Poland, the Czech Republic, Azerbaijan, Moldova, etc.). What should be done? lead a full cycle of recruiting non-tech specialists for back-office departments in Ukraine and abroad; develop and implement search strategies for each vacancy, taking into account the specifics of the position and the specifics of the market; write job vacancies that candidates will want to respond to and post them on various platforms; attract candidates using classic and creative approaches; we are in favor of using new channels and methods to find talent; carry out pre-selection of resumes and interviews using modern candidate evaluation methods; accompany candidates at all stages of recruiting, so that the hiring process is pleasant and understandable for them; keep everyone informed: inform managers and interested parties about the results of recruiting (update the status of the application, arrange meetings); analyze the labor market in order to understand what conditions prevail in it and find the best ways to provide the company with talented specialists; conducting recruiting analytics, providing reports and recommendations for improving processes; creating and expanding the pool of candidates, maintaining an internal base - being the one who builds a solid foundation for future teams! What is important to us: experience of working in a similar position for at least 1 year (closing vacancies in marketing, products, financial, legal, communications departments); English proficiency at level B1 or higher; experience using Word, Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint or Canva or Keynote; knowledge of modern methods of evaluating candidates and conducting various types of interviews; availability a laptop/computer for work; the ability to work during blackouts (access to light and Internet).
