what will you do?

• Close vacancies quickly and efficiently - we don't like to tighten the processes

• lead candidates from first contact to offs

• Describe and post vacancies

• seek candidates in all possible sources

• to interview candidates by combining different methods

• collaborate with team leaders and understand their needs

• Write letters with work proposals

• maintain and develop a hr brand so people want to work with us

• be aware of trends and new products for hiring

What is important for this role?

• experience of 2+ years recruiter

• Ability to search, not just wait for reviews (experience of direct search and hedhileting of candidates)

• Familiarity with ATS and resume databases

• Great verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to build relationships both personally and virtual

• Orientation to the result, attention to detail, critical thinking and ability to solve problems.
