We are currently looking for a HR manager , which will help us build a strong team and improve internal processes.

If you have experience in HR in the field of institutions food and know how to organize recruiting and build an HR function from scratch, then we should definitely get to know each other!

Requirements for you:

• Work experience of 2 years or more in the field of HR in catering establishments
• Fluent Ukrainian language, basic English will be a plus.
• Full cycle of recruiting and ability to work with mass recruitment.
• Skills of onboarding implementation and development of corporate culture.
• Ability to organize processes and work with a large volume of tasks.
• Organized, communicative, stress-resistant.
• Attention to details and the ability to make quick decisions.

Your tasks:

• Development of a strategy for finding and closing vacancies.
• Audit of existing processes and development of the HR function
• Conducting regular surveys on employee satisfaction and its improvement
• Implementation and conducting of analytics
• Systemic analysis of the market and market trends, optimization of processes based on this
