Requirements for you:
- Work experience of 2 years or more in the field of HR in catering establishments
- Fluent Ukrainian language, basic English will be a plus.
- Full cycle of recruiting and ability to work with mass recruitment.
- Skills of onboarding implementation and development of corporate culture.
- Ability to organize processes and work with a large volume of tasks.
- Organized, communicative, stress-resistant.
- Attention to details and the ability to make quick decisions.
Your tasks:
- Development of a strategy for finding and closing vacancies.
- Audit of existing processes and development of the HR function
- Conducting regular surveys on employee satisfaction and its improvement
- Implementation and conducting of analytics
- Systemic analysis of the market and market trends, optimization of processes based on this
