Responsibilities: Search and timely selection of personnel with the necessary qualifications - a pharmacist, pharmacist for the reporting region; Participation in the adaptation of interns of the Kyiv region; Trips to pharmacies (as needed); Formation of personnel reserves; Control of compliance with corporate standards; Monitoring of wages; Formation of necessary reporting.
