Your tasks:
- Describe and post vacancies;
- Look for potential candidates in various sources;
- Conduct preliminary screening calls to analyze the abilities of fellow applicants;
- Interview candidates by combining different methods;
- Coordinate with team leaders;
- li>Compose job offer letters;
- Promote the company as a great place to work;
- Keep up with trends and new recruiting products.
