Responsibilities:

• Posting ads on all existing job search spaces;
• Processing candidate reviews (resumes, questionnaires, calls);
• Providing feedback communication after feedback on the vacancy;
• Interviews (offline, online if necessary);
• Interaction with the customer and the security service regarding candidates;
• Tour of the warehouse for candidates with the purpose of getting acquainted with the duties;
• Accepting a package of documents for official registration and handing them over to the personnel service;
• Accompanied processes related to the registration and exit of the candidate to the first working day;
• Prompt and high-quality closing of vacancies;
• Reporting;
• Execution of manager's orders.

If you:

• Experienced PC user (Word, Exel, PowerPoint, knowledge of 1C will be an advantage);
• Organized and disciplined;
• Love communication, have good communication skills;
• You know how to work in a team;
• You have a desire to develop in the field of recruiting and HR;
